"AMC’s team was instrumental in bringing Vuuch from a conceptual prototype to production-ready software that is now successfully used by Vuuch’s customers." Chris Williams, Vuuch CEO.
The world’s leading provider of software solutions for design and cost management of sheet metal components built software that provided users with tools for developing optimal blank shapes. To effectively compete for SOLIDWORKS users BLANKWORKS ® needed to support the latest versions of SOLIDWORKS. AMC Bridge, as one of the leading experts in SOLIDWORKS API, was asked to create a new generation of BLANKWORKS® based on the latest releases of SOLIDWORKS.
"AMC Bridge was recommended to us as an expert SOLIDWORKS API development resource, which they confirmed at the very beginning of the project. In addition to being a highly skilled software development professionals, AMC Bridge’s software engineers demonstrated an inquisitive and critical look at the problem at hands by discovering and offering us some enhanced capabilities of the tools that we ask them to build for us. We’ve been very happy with the results and we are looking forward to continue our cooperation."
Klaus Czakert, Head of Sales, planetsoftware.
Recognizing the fact that SOLIDWORKS is a widely used CAD software, a client wanted to extend the integration of their product to reach a broader community of SOLIDWORKS customer base. AMC Bridge developed an add-in to SOLIDWORKS called “Inside Chamfering” that smoothes sharp inside edges of cut‐outs in any solid model by simulating the process of chamfering sharp inside edges by a ball mill.
Automating the process of drawing creation is a critical step in improving efficiency of the engineering department. SOLIDWORKS does a good job in assisting users in the process of creating drawings of parts and assemblies, but it’s still a very time consuming and manual operation. AMC Bridge has helped Trans World Marketing in automating their process.
