The company also brings extensive vertical industry expertise in automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial equipment manufacturing, and will provide Aras with direct, local representation in the Nordic region and the Netherlands. The merger is effective immediately.

The new service is a partnership between OpenBOM online platform and VIMaec—a real-time platform for building environments.
