CAD-to-AR Mobile is a technology demonstration of viewing 3D models in augmented reality using the Unity® real-time 3D development platform and the Android™ platform.

To extend the boundaries of immersive experience, the technology demonstration is developed using the Unity® game engine and the EasyAR™ augmented reality engine.

With CAD-to-AR Mobile, users can:

  • Upload one or several 3D models at the same time.
  • Upload a 3D model from either local or external cloud storage.
  • Position a 3D model with a QR code.
  • Preview the model.
