BidDocs ONLINE maintains a current listing of both public and private construction bid projects and services & material proposal solicitations. With a click, you can easily view drawings, specifications, request for proposals (RFPs), addenda and bid result information at your convenience - FREE! You can also download the documents you want (.pdf format) or you may request a hardcopy of the documents and have the documents forwarded within 24 hours via overnight mail. There are no membership fees or passwords required for use of the services.

BidDocs ONLINE saves both time and money for owners, designers and contractors. All bid documents and solicitations are up to date and in real time. Owners save time by eliminating the need for their staff to distribute bid documents and RFPs. Designers easily post the bid information and addenda both electronically and in hard copy. Contractors and bidders view the specific project listings to determine how many addenda have been issued and the bid results. Subcontractors and vendors now have access to the Plan Holders List to identify and submit a bid to the general contractors.
