Michael is the co-founder, CEO, and CFO for AMC Bridge LLC. Under his direction the company has grown to become a world-class technical team specializing in CAD/CAM, engineering and product lifecycle applications, as well as, cloud technologies.
Michael collaborates with the other company executives in the US and Ukraine to oversee the company’s strategic planning and development. He has been instrumental in developing the company’s internal processes, vision, structure and policies. In his CFO capacity, Michael is responsible for the company’s financial reporting and management.
Michael began his career in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine where he worked for several institutions as a research scientist. After immigrating to the United States in 1991, he held technical leadership positions at the bioengineering firm, Lonza Inc.
Michael holds an MS degree in Physics and a PhD in Environmental Sciences from Dnepropetrovsk University.
Igor Tsinman is the president and co-founder for AMC Bridge LLC where he is responsible for acquiring and managing client projects. Igor leads the company’s business development activities including lead generation, proposal development, and ongoing relationship management.
Igor’s experience with American business practices coupled with his deep technical knowledge give him a unique skill set enabling him to effectively communicate and ensure productive client interactions. He is especially skilled in matching the client’s business requirements with the right technology and development processes. This enables him to work effectively with both start-ups and established technology leaders helping them to quickly bring their software ideas from the white board into commercial production.
Igor was instrumental in acquiring the company’s initial clients and he lead the initiative to create the company’s now highly respected software development center in the Ukraine.
A 28-year veteran of software engineering and IT, Igor spent 8 years working in the Ukraine and 20 years in the U.S. He is an expert in offshore software development with a clear understanding of how to do it right. He has made several presentations on effective outsourcing at the MIT 100K competition, Mass Challenge, Boston Product Managers Association (BPMA), SaaS University and the 3D Insiders Summit.
Prior to co-founding AMC Bridge LLC, Igor held engineering leadership positions at a variety of U.S. software companies including: Torrent Systems, TRUE Software, IDD Information Services, NPC Freight Services, and Parametric Technology Corporation. In all these positions, he was able to manage distributed projects, implement complex design and architecture, and ensure smooth information flow between the business and technical parts of the organizations.
Igor holds an MS in physics from Dnepropetrovsk University. He has a U.S. patent on distributed system architecture and has published several papers on software development, and advanced simulation systems.
With over 600 employees and 11 direct reports, Vadym manages the AMC Bridge LLC operation in the Ukraine. His responsibilities include: project coordination, and overseeing finance, administration, HR, PR, QA and IT.
Vadym joined the company in 2000 as the first employee in the Ukraine. He was instrumental in creation of the company’s Dnepropetrovsk development center and its progress from a small regional outlet to a powerful development team - now recognized as one of the best mid-size teams in the city. He is currently responsible for aligning the company’s strategic goals while optimizing day-to-day operations. He provides leadership to the back-office functions and directs the automation of internal and external business processes.
Vadym has more than 20 years of diverse software development experience and a proven record of project management. Prior to AMC Bridge, Vadym was a software engineer, senior scientist, and the head of the Groundwater Simulation Laboratory in the Ukrainian State Institute for Geological Surveys. He spent more than 10 years developing and implementing MIF software that conducted numerical simulation of groundwater flow and transport. In 1999, Vadym was a guest scientist at the Environmental Research Centre at Leipzig-Halle in Germany. There, he developed software tools to simulate groundwater oxygen transport and he created data structures and mathematical basics to model kinetic reactive biochemical transports.
Vadym holds an MS in applied mathematics from the Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Railroad Transport Engineers. He is the author/co-author of more than 30 technical publications on mathematical simulation and software development.
Boris Shoov is a 3D CAD and PLM industry veteran with over 20 years of software design and development experience. Boris directs company’s market expansion, covering sectors of design, engineering and manufacturing for mechanical and AEC software products, including PDM and PLM applications. He responsible for forming business alliances, developing partnerships and helping the company set strategic directions.
Before joining AMC Bridge, for 18 years Boris has held a number of various positions at Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation, starting as a Senior Software Engineer in 1995, then moving to managing development teams, and then to an executive position, directing a department. Focusing on research, development and release of the world class SolidWorks product offerings, Boris was managing international development teams spread over 6 countries. His experience of working over a year in the United Kingdom and two years in the Dassault Systèmes headquarters in France will be invaluable for building AMC Bridge’s international relationships.
Prior to SolidWorks, Boris was working at PTC Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer, developing its flagship Pro/ENGINEER (later Creo) 3D Modeling application. And before that, as a Mechanical Engineer designing and providing engineering support for manufacturing of automatic assembly lines for mechatronic devices.
For the inventions during his career in mechanical and software engineering, Boris was awarded National and International Patents.
Boris earned a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering at Moscow State University of Oil and Gas. He completed Computer Science courses at Harvard Extension School and received training in Product Management and certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
Oleksandr manages the InterOp Department and is responsible for the technical evaluation and estimations for the incoming projects, team management, resources allocation along with the project planning and implementation. Oleksandr’s responsibilities also include communications with customers on projects’ progress and results.
During the last several years Oleksandr has walked through the whole career chain since joining the company as a junior software developer. He has been involved into numerous projects related to CAD / CAM / PLM sphere with a major concentration on ‘3D Translators’ engineering data exchange.
Oleksandr holds an MS degree in Information Technologies from Dnipropetrovsk National University.
Dmytro is responsible for the planning and implementation of all Cloud Computing client projects. Leveraging his technical expertise he manages the engineering teams; oversees specifications, schedules, estimations and resource planning plus monitoring and reporting the ongoing progress of the teams. Dmytro also frequently interacts with customers to coordinate and report on project status.
Dmytro has been with the company since 2001 and has provided instrumental leadership in developing the highly professional development team in the Cloud Computing areas. He has been involved as a team leader and architect in many commercial client projects related to data integration, banking, CRM and workflow systems.
Prior to AMC Bridge LLC, Dmytro was a senior developer at Information Systems and Networks Ltd. and at Slavutich-Capital Ltd., where he worked with a variety of software development platforms, databases and document workflow systems.
Dmytro has an MS degree from Dnipropetrovsk University majoring in computer science.
Andrii Dankevych leads the team of CAD/CAE/PLM developers and QA engineers. He also provides front line sales support with an ability to understand and translate user requirements into valuable products and enhancements.
Andrii has contributed to client projects starting in 2007. During the last 5 years he has progressed from junior developer to being the director of the department. During this time, he helped to build an enhanced geometric kernel, converted CAD/CAM application models into IFC format, and was in charge of maintaining several 3D translators.
Prior to AMC Bridge, Andrii was a junior researcher and teaching assistant at National Mining University in Dnipropetrovsk. There, he helped research the modeling of complex mechanical systems, prepared and supervised labs for computer graphics and CAD systems applications, and helped teach advanced courses in solid modeling and computer graphics.
Andrii holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from National Mining University (Dnipropetrovsk) and a BS in Economics from Dnipropetrovsk University. He has completed post graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering. Andrii achieved a Professional Certificate as a SOLIDWORKS Specialist from National Mining University. In 2005, he took first place, and in 2006, he took second place in the International Student Competition, “IT in Machine Building”.
Olha leads the Internal Projects Department managing the processes and technologies that support and enhance company internal technical infrastructure.
Olha joined AMC Bridge in 2005 and since then gained wide experience being involved into various cross-technology projects as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Deployment Engineer and Software Development Engineer in Test. She worked on many clients’ projects such as testing of Cloud based Banking applications, Сloud Numerics library and freeform modeling solutions.
Olha holds an MS degree in Applied Math from Dnipropetrovsk National University named after O. Honchar. She started her career as a junior researcher and teaching assistant in computational mathematics and mathematical cybernetics.
Andriy manages the System Computing team and is responsible for project planning, implementation, team management, and marketing support.
Andriy was one of the first company employees in the Ukraine. Over the last 10 years, Andriy worked on numerous client projects, both in CAD and System Computing applications. He has a proven track record of successfully managing large development teams. He has a broad technological vision, and deep understanding of complex software development problems. Among Andriy’s projects, he developed a DXF/DWG translator and a cloud numerics library that enables applications to be scaled and deployed on Windows Azure.
Prior to AMC Bridge LLC, Andriy was a software engineer at Tekom and Sigma-T. Andriy has software development expertise in CAD/CAM, data translation and parsing, telecommunications and telephony, real time signal processing, and GUI design and implementation. He’s worked on software for private PBX and call centers, implemented core communication functionality and developed software for telecommunication switches and signal protocols on E1.
Andriy has an MS in theoretical physics with a minor in computer science from Dnipropetrovsk University.
Being in charge of Digital Transformation Department, Oleksandr is responsible for the growth and stable work of all teams of the department. Additionally, Oleksandr supports the Operations in hiring and recruitment, as well as provides his industry expertise to facilitate Sales, Account Management, and Research at AMC Bridge.
Oleksandr has been working with AMC Bridge since 2007. Starting out as a Software Engineer, he went on to become a Team Leader, and then a Project Manager, consistently delivering high quality of work on more than 25 projects that he was involved in during his tenure at AMCBridge. Oleksandr’s contribution to the projects done for AMC Bridge major clients like Microsoft and EXA were instrumental in transforming those relations into successful long-term business partnerships. Under Oleksandr’s leadership, the group that later became the foundation of the new department he leads now tripled.
Prior to joining AMC Bridge, Oleksandr worked as a Developer at Alfa Logic. Oleksandr holds an MS degree in System Software from Dneprodzerzhinsk Technical State University.
Serhii manages the Company’s QA team and is responsible for testing estimates, schedules, and review of final test reports for all client projects.
At AMC Bridge since 2009, Serhii leveraged his excellent communication and organizational skills to achieve impressive career growth - starting as a junior QA engineer and advancing to become the director of the QA department. During his tenure at the company, Serhii has helped to ensure the quality delivery of client projects for some of the leading CAD software companies. He has developed test plans and applications for and between a variety of complex systems. He also developed a web-based application to support merchandise distribution operations for non-profit organizations and a web-based customer subscription system for a leading VOIP service provider.
Serhii earned an MS in mechanical engineering at Mining University of Ukraine. Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate (CSWA).
Yevgen is responsible for managing AMC Research Department, including supervising new product development, internal tools development and support, marketing support, and coordinating the company website.
Yevgen has worked at the company since 2007 and continuously demonstrates excellent managerial skills, and organizational abilities. Prior to his current position, Yevgen has worked on many client projects such as a cloud numerics library, serial and distributed mathematical functions for signal processing, and developing a tool that converted bitmap pictures into vector representations.
Prior to AMC Bridge LLC, Yevgen was a senior engineer at Nexus Inc. and Bank Novyi. He was also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at Dnipropetrovsk University where he taught courses in computer science, calculus and differential equations.
Yevgen holds a PhD and MS in Applied Mathematics from Dnipropetrovsk University. He is author/co-author of many papers and presentations on numerical methods for heat and mass transport simulation.
Iryna is in charge of the administrative work in Ukrainian development centers. She manages the overall daily offices operations including maintaining office supplies and inventory, supervising major and current repairs, providing travel support for employees, arranging corporate events and coordinating efforts of the administrative staff.
Iryna joined AMC Bridge in 2004. She has demonstrated exceptional organizational and communication skills and contributed much to the company growth and success.
Iryna graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State Medical University in 1985 and has practiced cardiology for over 19 years.
Serhii is responsible for the overall computing and information infrastructure that supports client projects and internal company administration. In addition to managing the internal IT department, Serhii helps define the company’s security strategies.
Serhii has been with AMC Bridge since 2006. His department acquires and maintains all the software and hardware needed by the company to more effectively deliver the computing capabilities needed by the developers.
Prior to AMC Bridge, Serhii was a senior instructor at Computer Academy for network and information technologies. He taught subjects including: LAN Communications, WAN Communications, Structured Cabling Systems, Internet working with TCP/IP, Network Security, MS Windows Server 2000/2003 Administration, MS ISA Server, MS SMS Server.
With an MS degree in computer science from Dnipropetrovsk University, Serhii also has several Microsoft certifications including: Administrator: Security, Systems Engineer: Security, Technologies Specialist, and Certified Trainer.
Yuriy is in charge of AMC Bridge establishing and managing regional offices in Ukraine. His responsibilities include the top level management of the individual regional offices, personnel selection as well as performance evaluation. Yuriy also supervises educational programs conducted in cooperation with local universities.
Yuriy has been involved in development of CAD and CAE systems since 1998. Yuriy holds a PhD in Applied Science from Khmelnitsky University where for many years he taught as Associate Professor theoretical mechanics, software development as well other Engineering disciplines. He is the author of multiple papers and patents in the field of Applied Science and Engineering.
Liubov is responsible for the financial department, which consists of several groups: External Finance, Internal Finance, PE, and Travel Group. Her major responsibilities are management and control over the stable work of the Finance and Accounting Department, dealing with PE and taxes, salary, invoices, compensations, as well as other monetary activities.
Liubov joined AMC Bridge in 2009. Possessing very strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, Liubov has established the effective operations processes of the department within a rapidly and constantly growing company.
Prior to joining AMC Bridge, Liubov was engaged in performing functions related to finance and insurance, while working as a Research and Development Engineer at the design bureau, followed by her employment with an insurance company.
Liubov holds an MS degree in Computing Systems and Networks from Dnipro State University.
Kateryna is leading Marketing and PR operations at AMC Bridge. The main objectives of her team are deep market research, cooperation with media, and promotion of AMC Bridge – both as the vendor of choice for software development services in the field of Engineering Software around the world and as a top-notch employer in Ukraine.
Kateryna joined AMC Bridge in 2011. During her tenure, Kateryna has been successfully fulfilling her responsibilities, which have expanded with the establishment of the new AMC Bridge offices across Ukraine, the company’s intense hiring campaign, and continued sales efforts in the US, Europe, and Japan. Kateryna consistently demonstrated excellent results by making quality hires and improving productivity and workflow of the Department.
Kateryna is an AMC Bridge representative and active member of IT Dnipro community.
Prior to AMC Bridge, Kateryna worked as a Business Development Manager at Mint Green Marketing (USA). She was a lecturer at the Post-Graduate Education Department of Dnipro National University, teaching the course of Strategic Marketing.
Kateryna holds an MS degree in Marketing from Dnipropetrovsk National University. She received Kmbs’ Certificate in Internal Communications and Corporate Culture - Strategy Level.
In his capacity as the director of legal and finance department, Oleh manages the local financial, planning and accounting of the Ukraine operation.
Oleh has been leading the company’s financial department since 2003. A seasoned professional with a solid grasp of Ukrainian laws and regulations, he ensures the company’s compliance with local, state, and federal accounting procedures and budgetary reporting requirements.
Prior to AMC Bridge LLC, Oleh was director of Ecosphere Research Laboratory, providing services to industrial enterprises on evaluation of emissions. Previous to that he was deputy director at SVT-Service OJSC responsible for production, delivery and support of computer hardware and software.
His educational accomplishments include an MS degree in engineering from Dnipropetrovsk Mining Institute and a BS in finance from Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law.
Nataliia is in charge of company HR activities at the Ukraine development center. Among her current responsibilities are: recruiting and staffing, employee orientation and development, employee performance management and improvement systems, compliance to regulatory requirements, compensation and benefits administration, and overall HR planning and budgeting.
During the 7 years she has worked within the company, Nataliia’s development has been impressive to now enable her to manage a wide range of HR initiatives at the company, especially in employee recruitment, retention, and management.
Prior to AMC Bridge, Nataliia was the head of the marketing and PR department at PROMiK OJSC, Energobud State Enterprise. She was also the deputy director at the Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law Business School, and in charge of logistics at Trade House UKRCHEMRESOURCE LLC.
Nataliia holds an MS in biochemistry from Dnipropetrovsk University.
