Meet the AMC Bridge Leadership Team
Michael Ludensky
CEO & CFO
Michael Ludensky is the co-founder, CEO, and CFO of AMC Bridge. Under his direction, the company has grown to become a world-class technical team specializing in CAD and CAM, engineering and product lifecycle applications, and cloud technologies.
Michael collaborates with the other AMC Bridge executives in the US and staff in Europe to control the company’s strategic planning and development. He has been instrumental in developing the company’s internal processes, vision, structure, and policies. In his CFO capacity, Michael is responsible for the company’s financial reporting and management.
Michael began his career in Dnipro, Ukraine, where he worked for several institutes as a research scientist. After immigrating to the United States in 1991, he held technical leadership positions at Lonza Inc., a bioengineering company.
Michael holds a master’s degree in Physics and a doctorate in Environmental Sciences from Dnipro University.
Igor Tsinman
President
Igor Tsinman is the president and co-founder of AMC Bridge. Igor is responsible for setting up strategic directions and the practical implementation of the company’s business development activities. He also supervises work with enterprise clients and manages the development of this client segment.
Igor’s extensive experience with American business practices and in-depth technical knowledge forms an excellent foundation for efficient communication with clients. He is especially skilled in matching the clients’ business requirements with the right technology and development processes. This experience, knowledge, and skills enable him to work effectively with both start-ups and established technology leaders, helping them to quickly bring their software ideas from the whiteboard into commercial production.
Igor was instrumental in getting the company’s first clients. He also initiated the creation of the company’s software development centers in Ukraine.
Before co-founding AMC Bridge, Inc., Igor held engineering leadership positions at various US software companies, including Torrent Systems, TRUE Software, IDD Information Services, NPC Freight Services, and Parametric Technology Corporation. He successfully managed distributed projects, implemented complex design and architecture, and ensured smooth information flow between the organizations’ business and technical parts.
Igor holds a master’s degree in Physics from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University. He owns a US patent on the distributed system architecture and has published several papers on software development and advanced simulation systems.
Vadym Synakh
COO
Vadym Synakh is the COO and co-founder of AMC Bridge. Vadym manages operations at the company. As the COO, he supervises daily activities in Operations, HR, Recruitment, Training, and IT, alongside designing, planning, and implementing the business strategy and internal processes.
Vadym was instrumental in creating the company’s Dnipro office that transformed from a small regional department to a powerful development team, as well as other company offices. Vadym is currently responsible for aligning the company’s strategic goals with daily operations. He manages the back-office functions and directs the automation of internal and external business processes.
Vadym has diverse software development experience and a proven record of project management. Before AMC Bridge, Vadym was a software engineer, senior scientist, and the head of the Groundwater Simulation Laboratory at the Ukrainian State Institute for Geological Surveys. He spent more than ten years developing and implementing MIF software for a numerical simulation of groundwater flow and transport.
Vadym holds a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Dnipro Institute of Railroad Transport Engineers. He is the author or co-author of more than 30 technical publications on mathematical simulation and software development.
Boris Shoov
Executive Vice President
Boris Shoov has over 30 years of industry experience in the business of software design and development. Boris works with strategic clients and is a part of the Sales and Account Management leadership team. As the Board Member who participates in setting the company’s strategic directions, he is responsible for forming business alliances, developing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with vendors.
Before joining AMC Bridge, Boris had been holding various positions at Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation for 18 years, from Senior Software Engineer starting in 1995, to the executive position as a Department Director. Focusing on research, development, and release of the world-class SolidWorks product offerings, Boris managed international development teams from various countries. His experience of working in the United Kingdom for over a year and for two years at the Dassault Systèmes headquarters in France turned out to be invaluable for building AMC Bridge’s international relationships.
Prior to SolidWorks, Boris worked at PTC Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer, developing a flagship Pro/ENGINEER (later Creo) 3D Modeling application. And before that—as a Mechanical Engineer, designing and providing engineering support for manufacturing automatic assembly lines for mechatronic devices.
For the inventions in mechanical and software engineering, Boris was awarded National and International Patents.
Boris holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Moscow State University of Oil and Gas. He completed Computer Science courses at Harvard Extension School, as well as training in Product Management and Pragmatic Marketing.
