While attending the ARAS user conference ACE 2015 Alexey Kilyakov, director of PLM Department at AMC Bridge, gave a presentation on SRRS™, the new Aras® Innovator 10.0 based system, developed by AMC Bridge. This system allows technical support personnel to register and manage service requests coming from customers.

ACE 2015 brings together business and technology professionals from around the world to discuss, benchmark and collaborate on PLM strategy and best practices for addressing the growing complexity in global product development, systems engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain management.
