AMC Bridge team in Ukraine is dispersed across many regions, and the goal was to have direct and informal communication with as many colleagues as possible. As part of this business trip, Mr. Tsinman also had the opportunity to convene with the team at the AMC Bridge Poland office located in Wrocław.

"In pursuing nurturing team synergy and fostering personal rapport, face-to-face interactions have been crucial. The feedback and insights gathered from these sessions have been invaluable. During his meetings with the teams, the President highlighted AMC Bridge's long-term strategic vision of becoming a global technology consulting leader with a strong focus on its core areas of expertise. The company's commitment to maintaining development teams in multiple locations demonstrates its dedication to offering clients durable and consistent services and access to diverse talent pools.

Addressing the challenges of recent years, AMC Bridge acknowledges the need to adapt and change tactics while keeping the overarching goal of global consultancy with clients worldwide intact. Despite the changing realities of the global economy, the company remains optimistic about its growth prospects, emphasizing the importance of software and services investments to help clients reduce risks and ensure business resilience.

"AMC Bridge is deeply rooted in Ukraine, and we stand strong amidst ongoing challenges. The crisis in the global economy and the additional risks and challenges caused by the war in Ukraine won't deter us from regaining confidence in the future. Our teams in Ukraine have shown remarkable resilience during the ongoing war. We want to acknowledge their unwavering dedication and express our support for them as we collectively overcome these adversities. They are the backbone of our success," stated the President of AMC Bridge.

During his visit, Mr. Tsinman also engaged with representatives from military units that AMC Bridge has been supporting since the onset of external hostilities. He expressed, "We hold immense respect for Ukrainian Armed Forces' unwavering courage and are deeply grateful to the dedicated volunteers aiding them. We are proud of our team members serving in the military and contributing as volunteers. AMC Bridge lauds and supports such dedication and contributions."

Since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, AMC Bridge employees, combined with the company’s donations, have collectively contributed more than $1.5 million to provide essential support to both the military and civilians affected by the war. The company remains fully committed to supporting its team members who have joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and pledges continued endorsement, aid, and assistance to volunteer initiatives since the inception of the war.

Only in the last month, among other contributions, AMC Bridge provided vital assistance, including 200 tourniquets for soldiers in the Donetsk region, joined fundraising for a self-learning, Robotic Total Station for military needs for one of the supported unit, and tactical medical kits that trusted volunteer organizations will distribute to units on the frontline.
