Waltham, MA - AMC Bridge releases Aras-for-Autodesk® Fusion 360™, the plug-in connecting online CAD system Fusion 360 with Aras Innovator® PLM platform. 

The new plug-in allows CAD models created in Fusion 360 to participate in a Change Management process defined in Aras Innovator. Aras-for-Autodesk Fusion 360 is available in Autodesk Fusion 360 and supports Aras Innovator 10 and the latest Aras Innovator 11.

Fusion 360 is a cloud-based 3D CAD, CAM, and CAE platform for product development. It combines industrial and mechanical design, simulation, collaboration, and machining in a single package. The tools in Fusion 360 enable fast and easy exploration of design ideas with an integrated concept-to-production toolset.

With BricsCAD Vault Integration, the BricsCAD-generated artifacts can be stored in Autodesk Vault. The technology demonstration enables users to perform regular Vault operations from the BricsCAD side: to save a BricsCAD model with its external references to Vault, retrieve and update either the main model or any external reference attached to it from Vault, and save the changes back to Vault.
