Waltham, MA—As AMC Bridge celebrates its 25th anniversary, Senior Management visited Ukraine to meet with the team, reflect on the company’s evolution, and discuss the current state of the industry and the company’s long-term strategy.

President Igor Tsinman met with the team during a company event that brought together colleagues from across Ukraine, both in person and online. The meeting highlighted how the company has grown from a local development team into a global player.

A major part of the discussion focused on the adoption of AI, which is redefining expectations for engineering, manufacturing, and construction software providers. For AMC Bridge, AI is both a tool to enhance internal efficiency and an essential element in the services delivered to clients, positioning the company to stay ahead of industry change and create measurable business impact.

“AI is no longer just an emerging trend—it is a technology redefining entire industries. For us, the key question is how to translate this innovation into measurable business value. With our deep expertise and decades of experience, AMC Bridge is well-positioned to help clients harness AI in ways that accelerate growth and create lasting impact,” said Igor Tsinman, President of AMC Bridge.

Senior Management visits also included a series of informal meetings across regional offices. Natalia Zarubina, Director of AMC Bridge Ukraine, and Iryna Chuiko, HR Director, met with teams in Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, and Lviv.

“What truly matters is staying aligned as one team, regardless of location. In-person meetings reinforce our shared goals, allow us to discuss challenges openly, and give us confidence that we are moving forward together,” emphasized Natalia Zarubina, Director of AMC Bridge Ukraine.

The visits highlighted both the company’s strong roots in Ukraine and its evolution into a global organization. They reinforced that AMC Bridge’s future will be shaped by a clear strategic focus on innovation and adaptability, while the commitment of its people and the strength of its team culture remain the foundation for long-term success.
