RANDOLPH, NJ—AMC Bridge, a leading software solutions provider for vendors and users of CAD, CAE, CAM, PDM and PLM applications, recently co-sponsored the 13th annual International Student Competition "CAD and Computer Simulation in Mechanical Engineering", held on April 19 through 23 April 2010 at Khmelnitsky National University in Khmelnitsky, Ukraine.
One of our engineers, Andrew Dankevich, participated in the jury and noted the high level of organization of the competition and was very impressed by the quality of the student work submitted. The projects that participated in the competition were not only interesting but also demonstrated a promise of real commercial application. He also noted that the system of training of the specialists - developers on CAD API, which is established in a number of universities in Ukraine, brings tangible benefits in elevating the skills of future young professionals.
