AR Weather Simulator for AEC is an iOS®-based technology demonstration of simulating different weather effects applied to a 3D model, superimposing them on the real scene geometry, and viewing the impact of the applied simulations on the uploaded model and scene in AR.
The functionality of AR Weather Simulator for AEC provides the ability to:
- Scan the geometry of surrounding objects
- Add 3D models into an AR scene and apply basic transformations to them (move, rotate, and remove)
- Simulate the impact of weather conditions on loaded 3D models and the AR scene
- Modify weather parameters
- Take a photo or record a video of the weather simulation to watch or share it later
Requirements:
- iOS v14.0 or higher
- iPad Pro, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max
