Aras-for-CATIA™ is a technology preview of an add-in connecting CATIA® V5 modeling software and Aras Innovator® PLM platform.

The add-in facilitates document management process and allows user to import, export and update CATIA documents and their associated files to Aras Innovator.
Aras-for-CATIA provides an access to the basic Aras Innovator functionality such as adding, retrieving and updating documents.

The add-in provides an ability to:

  • Сonnect to Aras Innovator PLM system
  • Add single document or document hierarchy into Aras Innovator
  • Retrieve Document from PLM system and open it in CATIA V5
  • Store document modifications to Aras Innovator
