Havok@SketchUp™, a technology demonstration add-in that extends the functionality of SketchUp® by allowing export of 3D model geometry from SketchUp to Havok® physics engine for real-time simulation of dynamics of rigid bodies, has been recently added to Intel® Developer Zone, an international community designed to provide the development support and business opportunities developers and software businesses need to innovate and succeed.
  • AMC Bridge Releases Havok@SketchUp - new add-in for SketchUp®

AMC Bridge releases Havok@SketchUp™, which is new add-in for SketchUp® - a Trimble Buildings solution, that allows three-dimensional game-like interaction with SketchUp models. Havok@SketchUp is available at the SketchUp Apps Store and supports SketchUp 2014 and SketchUp 2015. Add-in allows export of 3D model geometry from SketchUp to Havok® for real-time simulation of dynamics of rigid bodies, including collision detection, with walk-through/fly-through within the 3D model environment designed in SketchUp.
  • AMC Bridge Releases the Enhanced Version of Havok@SketchUp

AMC Bridge has released the updated version of Havok@SketchUp, the add-in that extends the functionality of SketchUp®, by allowing export of 3D model geometry from SketchUp to Havok® for real-time simulation of dynamics of rigid bodies, including collision detection, with walk-through/fly-through within the 3D model environment designed in SketchUp.
  • Construction Takeoff Automation for Civil 3D Using Procore: AMC Bridge Releases a New Technology Demonstration

AMC Bridge’s Civil 3D® takeoff using Procore® Budget integration shows a way to automate the construction takeoff process. It demonstrates how to seamlessly transfer a Civil 3D Bill of Materials (BOM) to Procore Budget. Connecting BIM authoring tool with Budget application improves the takeoff workflow by enhancing accuracy, as it eliminates the need for manual data entry and reduces the risk of errors. It increases the fidelity of the construction project cost estimation by ensuring that the latest BIM data is reflected in the project’s budget.
  • Streamlining HVAC Solutions Sales Through Proposal Automation with a Complex Cross-Platform Solution: AMC Bridge Presents a New Case Study

AMC Bridge, a leading global software development consultancy, proudly announces the successful delivery of its software development services for a multinational Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) solution provider. By digitally transforming their HVAC sales pipeline, the implemented project has significantly reduced costs, streamlined sales operations, and accelerated proposal preparation, leading to enhanced efficiency and remarkable time savings.
  • Data Conversion from the Mechanical CAD System to BIM in the New AMC Bridge Technology Demo

The demand for digital product data in the construction sector is accelerating faster than ever. Its driving factors, among others, are increasing adoption of building information modeling (BIM), legal requirements for product traceability, and commercial pressure to deliver fully specified technical designs of projects quicker and error-free. However, architects and mechanical engineers have different design needs, resulting in varying and often non-compatible CAD tools and file formats. AMC Bridge suggests one example of a workable solution for that problem in the CAD-to-BIM Translator technology demonstration.
