Waltham, MA - AMC Bridge, a global software development consultancy, introduces the Architectural Chatbot for Revit® technology demonstration that showcases a cost-effective approach to preparing residential building floor plans at the initial design stage by leveraging AI capabilities and eliminating time-consuming manual procedures. Driven by ChatGPT API, it allows generating preliminary architectural designs of residential buildings in Autodesk® Revit® BIM software with minimal involvement of human architects.

Architects and engineers invest considerable time in designing and refining their models, resulting in possible delays and escalated expenses during construction. To speed up the architectural design process and ensure a more data-driven approach, Architectural Chatbot for Revit enables requesting AI assistance in the Autodesk Revit BIM software and helps with the rapid and effortless creation of architectural designs that precisely align with specified requirements.

Using the chatbot driven by ChatGPT, it is possible to automatically generate a preliminary 2D floor plan of a residential building without the need to create each element of the building manually. Additionally, the technology demonstration allows refining the floor plan based on desired parameters, facilitating a seamless iterative design process.
