RANDOLPH, NJ—AMC Bridge has released the Cloud Renderer for Autodesk Revit 2014. Cloud Renderer for Revit, a plug-in that enables physically based rendering of Revit models on the Microsoft Windows Azure cloud platform, is now available on Autodesk Exchange Apps.

AMC Bridge has released the Cloud Renderer for Autodesk Revit 2014, a plug-in that enables physically based rendering of Revit models on the Microsoft Windows Azure cloud platform. Physically based rendering provides images of high photorealistic fidelity, but also requires significant computational resources, which has kept this capability out of reach of the mainstream 3D mechanical CAD community and restricted its use to the digital art and entertainment industries. Cloud Renderer for Revit plug-in provides access to highly scalable computational resources on the Windows Azure cloud platform and opens new rendering opportunities to Revit users.
