Technology demonstration

Waltham, MA—As part of the ongoing interoperability research, AMC Bridge presents Aras-for-ANSYS-AIM™, a technology demonstration for ANSYS® AIM of establishing a bidirectional connection with the Aras® Innovator® platform.

Aras-for-ANSYS-AIM enables users to access Aras Innovator directly from ANSYS AIM, store ANSYS AIM files on the Aras Innovator server, and use the functionality of Aras Innovator to manage ANSYS AIM projects.

    AMC Bridge releases Havok@SketchUp™, which is new add-in for SketchUp® - a Trimble Buildings solution, that allows three-dimensional game-like interaction with SketchUp models. Havok@SketchUp is available at the SketchUp Apps Store and supports SketchUp 2014 and SketchUp 2015. Add-in allows export of 3D model geometry from SketchUp to Havok® for real-time simulation of dynamics of rigid bodies, including collision detection, with walk-through/fly-through within the 3D model environment designed in SketchUp.
  • AMC Bridge Releases the Enhanced Version of Aras-for-SketchUp, a free connector for Aras Innovator

    AMC Bridge has updated Aras-for-SketchUp™, a free add-in providing direct access to Aras® Innovator® PLM Documents from SketchUp® design software.  The new version allows opening the selected model in SketchUp application immediately by clicking on the action in Aras Innovator, along with managing documents using the distinct SketchUp Package for Aras Innovator. The add-in is compatible with SketchUp 2014 and SketchUp 2015.Aras-for-SketchUp 1.1 is available at the Aras Community Projects.
