Waltham, MA—AMC Bridge, a vendor of choice for software development services in computer-aided design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction, has surveyed customer satisfaction with its services when Working From Home (WFH).

Switching to WFH was the immediate decision of AMC Bridge, in order to protect the health and well-being of our employees from COVID-19. While having our employees protected, we concentrated on continued servicing our clients at the highest possible level. It required quick technological and organizational adjustments and went quite smoothly.

All the required arrangements to support seamless work with the clients were made. We allowed our employees to take home all the necessary office equipment and secured their connection to the work resources with increased communication capacity, virtual private network, and shared development tools. Our processes and workflows were updated accordingly.

Our clients’ satisfaction was surveyed to explore the impact of WFH. The survey results confirm our assumptions and prove that the steps taken were right. The clients have confirmed as follows:

  • 98% — AMC Bridge works as efficiently as from the office
  • 100% — Sufficient communication with the AMC Bridge Account Managers on their projects.
